WM Fares Architects is proposing a mixed use commercial/residential building at 6189 Young street, Halifax. The proposed building will be 9-storey tall with one level of underground parking, commercial at grade, and residential above.
The project has been designed according to the CEN-2 Zone of the Regional Centre Plan Area Land Use Bylaw.
